About the activity
Stasė Petrauskaitė-Gruodienė, the generous wife of Juozas Gruodis, invites you over for a cup of fragrant tea, which she prepares from her own herbs. After visiting the hospitable hostess, you will get to learn more about the life and work of J. Gruodis and see where the composer worked and relaxed. While you are enjoying tea, you will get to know the composer’s wife Stasė Petrauskaitė-Gruodienė and learn some facts from her biography and about her hobbies, and hear a lot of amusing stories from her life with the composer.
This activity can be adapted for other age groups and families.
