About the activity
In this lively and interesting journey through the land of musical instruments. You will be introduced to a variety of Lithuanian folk instruments and to post-folklore, the contemporary folk music movement. You will listen to recordings and take part in an interactive activity: sutartinės karaoke. You will get a chance to try your hand at playing the [žoliniai] panpipes, wooden trumpet, birch trumpet (daudytė), drum, tabalai, and take a quiz to test your musical knowledge.
