Did you know that Kaunas Castle is the oldest brick castle in Lithuania? It is even older than Kaunas itself. The castle not only stood strong in defending the country against the Crusaders, but also served as a place for Lithuanian rulers to receive nobles, foreign envoys, and other distinguished guests. We have put together the colourful history of Kaunas Castle like a mosaic of different periods and invite you to explore it.

If you think that quizzes are only for nerds, we will prove that this is not true. On the guided tour entitled ‘The Mosaic of Kaunas Castle History’, you will learn many interesting facts about the castle’s past and then compete in a team quiz. It’s not the ‘double-domes’ that win here, but a united team!

Jeigu norite išmokti istoriją linksmesniu būdu, kviečiame dalyvauti Kauno pilies viktorinoje. Turėsite galimybę virtualiai pasivaikščioti po pilies ekspoziciją ir paklausyti edukatoriaus pasakojimo. Virtualioje 3D ekskursijoje sužinosite daug įdomių faktų apie pilies praeitį, o vėliau susiremsite protų mūšyje – viktorinoje, kurioje pasitikrinsite, ar gerai žinote istoriją… Kviečiame į interaktyvų edukacinį žaidimą, kurio pagalba papildysite, pagilinsite ir įtvirtinsite pamokose įgytas žinias. Užsiėmime aptariamos 6–9 kl. bendrojo ugdymo istorijos programoje nagrinėjamos temos – Lietuvos ir regiono XIV–XVII a. istorija. Pažaiskime ir mokytis taps įdomiau!

Vedama ir anglų kalba. Kultūros paso užsiėmimas (5–8 kl. mokiniams, nuotolinis).
